He will explore the technologies that make this truly viable, covering features and benefits. It is a vision of all businesses having access to best of breed technology without the large capital cost that this currently entails.

In his talk, Challenging Leadership Conventions, Jeff will explore the qualities that make great leaders and the effects that such leadership has on teams and individuals. Drawing on examples from public and personal experience Jeff will encourage us to examine our definition of leadership.

Turquoise Trading:
Building a stock exchange in 8 months

Yann will be talking about how he helped set up the Turquoise Trading stock exchange in 8 months. He will share his stories which include how building smaller independent flexible components and then integrating them can achieve best results, how keeping the focus and ‘keeping it simple’ is important and how early testing with members was paramount. He will also discuss the ‘we concept’ – we succeed or fail together.
